Creative Journal is a monthly gathering where art, magic, and sisterhood meet.
It’s a space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself, creatively, emotionally, and intuitively. A place where you don’t need to know what you’re making before you arrive, or have a plan beyond showing up as you are.
Each session is gently held by a seasonal rhythm and a magical theme inspired by feminine archetypes, goddess energy, and the natural cycles we move through, while always leaving room for your own intuition, curiosity, and inner world to lead the way.
This isn’t about learning to be “better” at art. It’s about creating as a practice, one that nourishes you, inspires you, and gives you somewhere to come back to each month.
This is an invitation to…
Reconnect with your creativity in a way that feels nourishing rather than demanding
Explore art as a magical, intuitive practice. Guided, but never rigid
Weave together written journaling, visual exploration, and soulful reflection
Feel held in a warm, welcoming sisterhood where emotions, curiosity, and honesty are always welcome
Some people arrive bursting with ideas. Others arrive tired, anxious, or unsure if they even want to create. Both are welcome here.
Creative Journal meets you where you are, and gently walks alongside you as you rediscover what lights you up.
Is Creative Journal for You?
Creative Journal might be for you if…
You desire a creative space that feels calm, magical, and human
You often want to cancel because of anxiety, but feel better when you do show up
You don’t always know what you want to make, but you know you want something
You long for a practice you can return to, not a class you have to keep up with
You want creativity to feel nourishing rather than demanding
You are looking for a sacred sisterhood space where you can be your full self.
You crave a connection with your inner cosmos AND the magic of the outer cosmos
You want to a creative and nourishing practise in your diary to look forward to each month. Something just for you
You don’t need to be consistent.
You don’t need to be confident.
You don’t need to create anything “finished.”
What happens in a Creative Journal session?
Each Creative Journal session begins as a ritual of arrival.
You’ll enter the space, choose an oracle card, and settle in. I’ll introduce the evening’s theme, held by seasonal energy, feminine archetypes, or goddess wisdom, before we gather in a gentle sharing circle.
This is a chance to check in, speak honestly, and name what you’re bringing with you energy-wise that evening. Joy, tiredness, overwhelm, excitement, it’s all welcome.
We then move into a guided meditation together, allowing everyone to land fully in their bodies and inner worlds before creating begins.
From there, the evening opens into intuitive art-making and journaling, with prompts, resources, and guidance available if you want them, and complete freedom if you don’t. You’re always invited to follow your own thread.
This is a practice, not a performance
Creative Journal isn’t about output.
It’s about presence.
Some evenings you’ll arrive bursting with ideas. Other times you might arrive quiet, tired, or unsure if you even want to make. Both are part of the practice.
One regular shared that even if she didn’t create anything at all during a session, she wouldn’t mind, it’s the calmest she feels all month. She sometimes wants to cancel because of anxiety, but always leaves feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply glad she came.
The more you return, the more the practice unfolds, not because you’re doing it “better”, but because you’re allowing yourself to be held by it.
The heart of Creative Journal is the sisterhood
The connection in this space is gentle, real, and deeply supportive.
Conversations unfold naturally. About art, books, work, family, relationships, pets, seasons, magic, and everyday life. Emotions are welcome here. So is laughter. So is quiet presence.
Newcomers often comment on how quickly they feel at home, how easily they settle into sharing and listening, held by the openness, kindness, and encouragement of the group.
This is a space to be yourself, discover more of who you are, and feel supported while you do.
Here’s what the Sisterhood say…
Creative Journal is more than a class.
It’s a place to return.
A practice to come back to when you feel disconnected, uninspired, or in need of nourishment.
Whether you come once, occasionally, or regularly, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are, and invited to rediscover the magic, whimsy, and creative spark that already lives within you.

Each Creative Journal session is gently guided by a seasonal and magical theme, often linked to a feminine archetype or goddess energy that reflects the tone of that time of year.
The goddess energy or archetype acts as a symbolic guide, offering imagery, mood, and inspiration rather than rules to follow. You’re never expected to work literally with a theme, and you’re always welcome to bring your own ideas, questions, or creative threads into the space.

Each Creative Journal session is gently guided by a seasonal and magical theme, often linked to a feminine archetype or goddess energy that reflects the tone of that time of year.
These themes draw inspiration from the natural rhythm of the seasons, the quieter, inward months as well as the more expansive, expressive ones, and the different faces of feminine energy we move through creatively and emotionally. One month might invite rest, reflection, and tending the inner hearth; another might explore playfulness, growth, or creative expansion.
The goddess energy or archetype acts as a symbolic guide, offering imagery, mood, and inspiration rather than rules to follow. You’re never expected to work literally with a theme, and you’re always welcome to bring your own ideas, questions, or creative threads into the space.
Over time, these seasonal themes can help you build a deeper creative practice, one rooted in intuition, whimsy, and meaning, while always leaving room for personal interpretation and freedom.

Creative Journal is designed as a practice, a space to return to regularly so your creativity, confidence, and sense of connection can slowly deepen over time.
Many people find that coming monthly allows the sessions to build on one another, creating a familiar rhythm and a stronger sense of ease within the space. Having this time in your diary each month can become a deeply nourishing anchor.
That said, there’s no requirement to attend every session. You’re always welcome to come when you can, whether that’s once, occasionally, or more regularly. Creative Journal is here to support you, not add pressure or expectation.
However you choose to attend, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are, and invited to simply pick up where you left off.
